Boomwhackers - tuned percussion tubes are brightly coloured plastic tubes that are tuned by length to musical notes. Easy to play (people with virtually no musical or rhythmical ability find they are able to make music with ease) and loads of fun, they are fantastic instruments for uplifting events for virtually any number of people.

Participants - The group is assembled into different sections as in an orchestra. Each participant is given a plastic tuned percussion tube (a“boomwhacker”) representing the 5 musical notes on a pentatonic scale. Each musical note is discernible to the layperson by size and colour of the tube. The facilitator instructs and guides each of the varies coloured Boomwhacker groups in their own rhythm sequence. In turn, each note/rhythm is layered into the burgeoning symphony until all Boomwhackers’ers are playing beautifully coordinated, multi-rhythmic harmony, together!. Our Boomwhacker DJ then joins the party and lifts the atmosphere even further, leading to a massive crescendo of Colour, Sounds, and Great Fun!!
